Membership Bylaws
Canadian-Chinese Cross Culture Club Membership Bylaws:
1. The Canadian-Chinese Cross Culture Club (4cClub) is a federally registered non-profit organization in Canada.
2. Purpose and mission: 4cClub is dedicated to promoting mutual understanding, respect, and exchange between Chinese and Canadian cultures. We create an inclusive space where people from diverse backgrounds and interests can explore and celebrate cultural traditions together. Through cultural programs and community outreach, we help bridge cultural differences and enrich Canada's multicultural fabric.
3. The affairs of 4cClub are governed by the Board of Directors. The board consists of five directors.
4. Directors must comply with applicable Canadian laws and regulations.
5. Directors serve a five-year term. The chair is elected.
6. New directors require unanimous approval by the Board of Directors.

The affairs of the 4cClub are governed by Board of Directors. Board members are elected during the Annual General Meeting or a special meeting of members, for a five year term. Board members may stand for re-election upon completion of their term of service.
